Trailblazers Mentoring Foundation (TMF) has successfully concluded a two-day Staff Capacity Strengthening Workshop, reaffirming its commitment to building a skilled, motivated, and high-performing team capable of delivering transformative programmes for children, adolescents, and communities across Uganda.
The workshop brought together staff from across the organization for two days of intensive learning, reflection, collaboration, and professional growth. Designed to strengthen both individual and organizational capacity, the training provided participants with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and renewed motivation to enhance programme quality, leadership, teamwork, and overall effectiveness.
Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in interactive sessions that encouraged critical thinking, self-reflection, and peer learning. Discussions focused on strengthening leadership competencies, improving workplace effectiveness, fostering teamwork, and embracing a culture of continuous learning and accountability. The sessions also provided an opportunity for staff to reflect on TMF’s mission and values while exploring innovative approaches to maximizing impact in the communities they serve.
The workshop was expertly facilitated by Mr. Karema Modern Musiimenta of Menta Leadership Academy, whose engaging facilitation style and wealth of experience created a dynamic and inspiring learning environment. Through practical examples, thought-provoking discussions, and interactive exercises, participants were challenged to think differently, embrace growth, and strengthen their ability to lead and contribute effectively within their respective roles.
